3DaGoGo, Inc. DBA AstroPrint ("AstroPrint") grants you (the "User") a non-exclusive personal-use license (the "Personal License") to download, copy , and use the accompanying Images subject to the following conditions:

• The License is for personal, non-commercial use only. Personal, non-commercial use means using the Images on personal electronic devices and computers, or making copies for personal use only. The Personal License also extends to schools, businesses, makerspaces or any other shared 3D Printer setups regardless of whether they charge for the use of the 3D Printer.
• The Images may NOT be used in or be included in products for which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration without prior written consent from AstroPrint.
• The Images may NOT be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed without prior written consent from AstroPrint.
• Title, ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Images remain exclusively with AstroPrint.
• AstroPrint provides no warranties, express or implied. The Images are provided 'as is'.
• In no event shall AstroPrint or its agents or suppliers be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of the License or use of the Images.
